Ron Tiller

Mr. Ron Tiller is President of Greensburg Oil, LLC. He has also been an owner and governor of CMG Surety LLC, a securities investment firm in Naples, Florida. CMG Surety is a licensed life settlement provider and owns 25% of the Life Settlement Wholesale Fund. Ron Tiller has been an owner of Sovereign-American Securities, Inc., an NASD broker-dealer firm, since 2002. Prior to that, from 1997 through 2001, Mr. Tiller was the President of Stone Mountain Energy, an energy firm that constructed an 80-mile pipeline that controlled an 800,000 acre oil and gas play in Kentucky and Virginia (the Appalachian Basin).

 

Prior to that, in 1996, Mr. Tiller established Premier Development, Inc., a firm that identifies fledging companies with potential, and then guides and directs them through their initial "start-up" phase on into stability. From 1993 to 1995, Mr. Tiller was the Chief Executive Officer of O'Dell Industries, an aquarium manufacturing company, which he led to rapid growth. In 1977, Mr. Tiller joined AFG Industries as a Marketing Manager, when he left the company; he held the position of President of the Glass Fabrication Group Worldwide.

 

Mr. Tiller holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. He serves on the Board of Directors for Kingsport Child Development Center, Goodwill Industries and on the Finance Committee of the First Baptist Church in Church Hill, Tennessee.

 

Thomas W. Cate

Mr. Thomas W. Cate is a Geologist and Vice President for Greensburg Oil, LLC . In the past, Mr. Cate served as President of Amwes Corp. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Cate was the Secretary-Treasurer and Geologist at AKS Energy Corporation, a firm accountable for the development of conventional and coal bed methane production in the State of Kentucky. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Cate worked with various independent gas and oil producers as a Consulting Geologist. From 1990 to 1992, Mr. Cate was the Natural Gas Division Manager of Field Operations at Centran Corporation, a firm that developed natural gas prospects in the Appalachian Basin. From 1987 to 1990, Mr. Cate was an Independent Consulting Geologist.

 

Prior to that, from 1982 to 1987, Mr. Cate was a Geologist at Fentress Gas Transport Corporation, a firm that is responsible for the development of natural gas in the State of Tennessee. In 1982, Mr. Cate worked as an Independent Consulting Geologist. From 1980 to 1982, Mr. Cate was a Petroleum Geologist at Michael Padden. From 1977 to 1980, Mr. Cate was an Associate Geologist at Exxon Minerals Company, a mining firm located in the State of Tennessee. Mr. Cate holds a bachelors degree in Geology from Tennessee Technological University. He was the Chairman of the Eastern Kentucky Section of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, and is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, American Institute of Mining Engineers, Appalachian Geological Society, Geological Society of Kentucky, Kentucky Oil and Gas Association, Tennessee Oil and Gas Association, and Producer advisory Group of Petroleum Technology Transfer Council. Mr. Cate holds professional geologist registration in the State of Tennessee and Kentucky.

 

Jesse M. Kincheloe

Mr. Jesse M. Kincheloe is Founder and Geologist of Greensburg Oil. He has been a Consulting Geologist since 1969, working for various clients primarily in the Northeastern United States. From 1959 to 1969 he was employed by Ashland Oil and Refining Company in various capacities in the Illinois and Appalachian Basins. From 1959 to 1964, Mr. Kincheloe was located in Campbellsville, Kentucky as the principal Geologist overseeing the development of leases and properties owned by Ashland in the area around the Greensburg Oil Pool. This involved gathering data from all drilled wells in the area in order to determine the extent of the productive area of the Greensburg Oil Pool.

 

During the last several years, Mr. Kincheloe has managed to compile one of the most complete data sets for this area around the Greensburg Oil Pool as well as a good understanding of the geology of the southern Kentucky and northern Tennessee regions.

 

Mr. Kincheloe is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, the Appalachian Geological Society (Honorary 2004), Indiana Kentucky Geological Society and the Kentucky Society of Professional Geologists. Mr. Kincheloe is registered as professional Geologist in the states of Kentucky and Tennessee.

 

Scott Hess

Mr. Scott Hess is a Geologist for Greensburg Oil, LLC. Mr. Hess is an active member of both the Geological Society of America, as well as the American Association of Petroleum Geologists. He attended the University of Kentucky in Lexington, where he graduated in December of 2006, with a Baccalaureate in Geology.
